Convenient location: The hotel was situated in a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops within walking distance. It was also less than a half-hour walk to the main attractions of the city.

The place was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spotless and the ceilings were in great condition. The parking, although a 5-minute walk, was secured and our car was untouched when we checked out in the morning. It gave us peace of mind. the location of the hotel was great. It was close to the main parts of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist attractions. The surrounding bakeries were a delightful treat!

Finding the keys was a bit of a challenge. We didn't receive any prior arrival information, so we had to search for a place to call the personnel before getting instructions on how to obtain the keys.

Lots of space and privacy, very modern, close to main parts of Quebec, amazing bakeries, easy walking access to everywhere, well cleaned.

During my stay at Initial - Cactus - Centre-Ville De Quebec, I was pleased with the spaciousness and privacy of the accommodations. The modern design and cleanliness of the apartment were also impressive. The location was fantastic, being within walking distance of the main attractions in Quebec City. The nearby bakeries were a delightful bonus, offering delicious treats. Despite a few drawbacks, such as the lack of an elevator and some facilities being poorly equipped, I found the overall experience enjoyable. Despite the lively neighborhood, noise levels were manageable, and I appreciated the secure parking option. On top of that, the kind and helpful staff went above and beyond to assist me, even finding and returning my lost car keys promptly. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Quebec City.

Noise at night was a bit bothersome.

Despite being aware of the lack of an elevator, we were surprised by the narrow and steep stairs. Additionally, some facilities were poorly equipped, lacking a dishwasher and coffee powder for the coffee machine. The noise from the nearby theatre and pub was disruptive at night. However, the location was convenient, within a short walk to Old Quebec City and with various amenities on the street. I would recommend this apartment.

The value for money was great, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety and options.

We had a great stay at this nice design apartment in a lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants. Initial - Cactus - Centre-Ville De Quebec was big enough for our 5 people family, with lots of space and privacy. The functional kitchen and washing machine were very convenient. Despite the stairs being potentially difficult for some, we didn't have any issues. The communication with the host was excellent. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient location, with a under half hour walk to the main Quebec attractions and plenty of facilities nearby, like restaurants and grocery stores. we had a positive experience and would definitely consider staying here again for a longer vacation next year with my children. 😊
